- No panel members had any questions on those decisions the commissioner put to them for scrutiny.
- The panel debated the route by which complaints against the commissioner ought be raised. They decided the panel’s chair (or vice-chair in his absence) would sift complaints alongside the commissioner’s Chief of Staff.

- Cllr Bullen’s comments to me after the meeting, letting me know the commissioner is not co-operating with Cambridgeshire County Council’s police scrutiny committee and has rejected their summons for him to appear in front of them.
- The Commissioner’s acceptance that there is still a problem with Cambridgeshire Police’s performance answering their phones.
